The time zone in London is Greenwich Mean Time during the winter and British Summer Time during the rest of the year. In London, the summers are short, comfortable, and partly cloudy, and the winters are long, cold, windy, and mostly cloudy. Over the course of the year, the temperature in London varies from 4°C to 23°C. That said, the best time to visit London is during late spring, summer or early Autumn. 

The home to internally renowned restaurants, London is hands down one of the best cities for gastronomy. However, with thousands of restaurants on offer, knowing and, by extension, finding the best restaurants in London is a challenging task!

As I am sure you know, it is easy to fall victim to bad restaurant experiences. And it is a shame that the shiny exteriors and lavish interiors that lure us in does not always extend to palettes served. So if you are in doubt and want to avoid disappointment, here is a humble list of the best restaurants in London.

Hutong | London Bridge

An award-winning restaurant serving northern Chinese cuisine, Hutong is, without a quiver of a doubt, one of the best restaurants in London.

Tate Modern | Bankside

One of London’s most iconic art galleries, Tate Modern, holds the national collection of British art spanning from 1900 to the present day and is one of the largest museums of modern and contemporary art in the world.

Victoria and Albert Museum | South Kensington

The Victoria and Albert Museum in London is the world’s largest museum of applied arts, decorative arts, and design, housing a permanent collection of over 2.3 million objects that span over 5,000 years of human creativity.
